The Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, LLC has a very strict patient privacy policy. You will be asked to list everyone who we may contact regarding medical or financial information. Please note that if someone contacts our office and wants private information it will not be released unless they have been listed on the patient privacy inquary.
